Campus Access office

Responsible for processing requests for onsite access and computing privileges and issuing ID badges.

Events Coordination office

Responsible for managing access requests for events and meeting with event organizers to prepare for access to events, answer questions, and address concerns. Also responsible for processing personal visitors.

Foreign National Access Program (FNAP) office

Responsible for ensuring compliance with the DOE Order 142.3B Unclassified Foreign National Access Program by reviewing non-U.S. citizen access to the Fermilab sites (Batavia and Lead, SD), information, technologies, and equipment. Also responsible for issuing visa invitation letters and managing the host program.

Housing office

Responsible for managing housing requests for the Fermilab Village.

Visa office

Responsible for ensuring all foreign national employees, users/affiliates, and visitors are authorized to be in the United States in general and at Fermilab specifically.
