Events review against DOE O 142.3B

DOE Order 142.3B UFNAP must be applied to all non-public Fermilab-hosted events, conferences, reviews, meetings, workshops, etc.

All Fermilab-hosted events are required to be submitted, approved, and tracked in the Event Approval System (accessible with a Services account). The Global Services department is responsible for ensuring these events comply with the UFNA Order requirements.
