The Fermilab fitness center is free to active badged Fermilab employees, users/affiliates, and authorized guests (who are residing in the village).
The fitness center includes a full-size gym, weight room, and group exercise room.
To obtain gym access
Those interested in accessing the fitness center must complete the recreation waiver prior to access granted.
Employees:
FermiWorks/Workday: Log in and complete the waiver in FermiWorks.
Users/affiliates and authorized guests:
PDF: Sign the PDF version of the waiver and submit to the Security Operations Center (SOC) via email (access@fnal.gov) or in-person (Wilson Hall, ground floor).

- Electronic signatures require a CILogon Silver CA certificate. For information on how to obtain a CILogon Silver CA certificate, follow these instructions.
- To sign a document using the CILogon Silver CA certificate, follow these instructions.
- If you are unable to obtain a CILogon Silver CA certificate, please print the waiver and physically sign the form.
Please allow 48 business hours for access to be added to your badge once the waiver has been completed in FermiWorks/Workday or turned in to the Security Operations Center.
