The Housing Office will be accepting requests for summer housing on:
Thursday, April 20th at 12:01 AM CST
Housing is limited and will be available on a first come-first serve basis.
Please submit the following to housing@fnal.gov in order to be considered for summer housing:
- Completed Housing Request Form
- Proof of site Access Approval for the dates of your stay. Acceptable proof of site access is:
- Invitation letter with valid site access dates
- Site access approval email from Service Now with valid site access dates
- Offer letter from HR with valid site access dates
If you have not yet submitted your site access request for the summer, don’t delay! Visit the Campus Access website now to begin the process.
Your request will not be considered without a completed housing request form and acceptable proof of site access. Requests before 12:01 AM CST on April 20th will not be considered.
