Week 1: Nov. 22
Hydration Challenge: Start by drinking 64 oz of water daily

Drinking enough water every day is important for your overall health. If your body doesn’t have enough water and other fluids to carry out its normal functions, it can lead to serious health complications.

Week 2: Nov. 29
Community Challenge: Global generosity movement

Giving Tuesday is a day when people come together to do something to support the causes and communities they care about. Join the global generosity movement and give back. Not sure where to start? VolunteerMatch.org is a website where local non-profits post their volunteer needs. Volunteer Match has Virtual opportunities available as well.

Week 3: Dec. 6
Snacking Challenge: Skip holiday treats & snacks after 8pm

Research suggests that your body burns calories less efficiently later in the day. This week, try eliminating snacks after 8pm. Enjoy the foods of the holidays, but there’s no need to overindulge for the next 3 weeks.

Week 4: Dec. 13
Stretch Challenge: Take a break and stretch

Take a break from the computer, get out of your chair, take a 10-minute walk or incorporate some stretching into your day. Check out these easy stretches to do at work.

Week 5: Dec. 20
Stress & Sleep Challenge: Unplug & Unwind

Shut off all screen devices 1 hour before bed. This allows you to de-stress, relax and sleep better. Strive for 7-8 hours of sleep.

Week 6: Dec. 27
Life Balance Challenge: Leave Work on Time

If you are off this week, this won’t be a problem for you. If not, it’s the perfect opportunity to ensure you leave work on time, whether you are at the office or telecommuting, end your day when you are supposed to and take time to enjoy your family and friends.
