The Housing Office will begin accepting requests for Summer Housing on February 2nd. Summer Housing is available for Users, Affiliates and HR approved Interns. Visit the Campus Access website for more information on access types.
The Fermilab Village is onsite. Site access approval (approved at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival) is required for the entirety of the requested stay in Fermilab Housing.
Summer Housing is allocated by the Housing Allocation Committee.
Housing will be allocated in three rounds.

Housing Descriptions
Dorms
All Fermilab dorms are private rooms. All dorms have a shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living area. Dorm rooms have a bed, dresser, desk and closet. Bedding is provided.
There are a very limited number of dorm rooms with an attached private bathroom.
Apartments
There are a limited amount of 2 bedroom apartments available in the Fermilab Village. Apartments are fully furnished and include bedding. Apartments cannot be rented by room, but must be rented as a whole. If using a Fermi Travel Code, apartments must be 100% occupied. Please visit the shared living page for more information.
Houses
