The Events Coordination Office manages event access requests and works with Fermilab event organizers on access-related questions and concerns. The office is responsible for helping event organizers navigate the access process in relation to events. The team reviews event-related access requests, including processing business visitor and personal visitor requests.

The Events Coordination Office is in the Fermilab Welcome and Access Center (Aspen East). The office is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Events review against DOE O 142.3B
DOE Order 142.3B UFNAP must be applied to all nonpublic Fermilab-hosted events, conferences, reviews, meetings, workshops, etc. All Fermilab-hosted events are required to be submitted, approved, and tracked in the event approval system (accessible with a Services account). The Global Services Department is responsible for ensuring these events comply with the UFNAP order requirements.
