Campus Access Office
The Campus Access Office processes requests for on-site access and computing privileges and issues ID badges.

Events Coordination Office
The Events Coordination Office manages access requests for events and meetings with event organizers to prepare for access to events, answer questions and address concerns. The office also processes personal visitors.

Foreign National Access Program Office
The Foreign National Access Program Office ensures compliance with DOE Order 142.3B, Unclassified Foreign National Access Program, by reviewing non-U.S. citizen access to the Fermilab sites (Batavia and Lead, South Dakota), information, technologies and equipment. The office also issues visa invitation letters and manages the host program.

Personnel Security Office
The Personnel Security Office sponsors and aids in the HSPD-12 badging process for Fermilab employees.

Visa Office
The Visa Office ensures that all foreign national employees, users, affiliates and visitors are authorized to be in the United States in general and at Fermilab specifically. Visit the Visa pages in the top navigation menu of this website for visa-related items.
